Event Center Usage Policy Proposal
A forum to discuss the proposed Bylaws changes and the Event Center usage was held January 21, 3:30-5:00 p.m. in the Worship Center Lobby. Thank you to all who participated. Event Center Usage
The Events Center will be a wonderful venue to host a variety of activities for our ministry and the community. Since the facility lends itself to receptions and life celebrations, the ministry tasked itself to investigate the feasibility to host events that would serve alcoholic beverages. Many food and beverage services, our insurance providers and local venues were consulted in drafting a policy that would provide guidelines to insure the proper protection for St. John’s. We welcome feedback on this document as we discuss how best to manage our blessings. Please direct any comments or questions to Spencer Peregoy at email@example.com.
